Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with By Mo Designs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds will be cost of product minus shipping costs. 

Refunds

If your item requires return shipping customer is paying return shipping. Refunds will not be processed until By Mo Designs has acquired your returned product. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus the cost of first shipping.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item, you will be issues a refund (cost of order minus shipping), and then place a new order. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
