At By Mo Designs, every piece is handcrafted and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70 (before taxes and after discounts)
  • Standard Shipping: $8.00
  • Express Shipping: $20.00

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom engraved and personalized items may require additional production time before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

By Mo Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

Non-Personalized Jewelry

Items that are not customized or engraved may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Personalized & Engraved Items

Because personalized and custom engraved jewelry is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or an engraving error was made by By Mo Designs.

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order. By Mo Designs is not responsible for spelling errors, dates, or other information submitted by the customer.

Customer Responsibility: By approving this engraving order, the customer confirms they own or have obtained permission to use all logos, artwork, text, trademarks, and copyrighted materials provided. The customer assumes full responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from the submitted design and agrees to indemnify and hold By Mo Designs harmless from any legal liability related to its use.

Intellectual Property Notice: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material. By Mo Designs is not liable for unauthorized use of protected intellectual property.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
